Turnigy Rapid 8000Ah 2S2P Hardcase Battery not BRCA Approved

Turnigy Rapid 8000mAh 2S2P 140C Hardcase Lipo Battery Pack (ROAR Approved), if you are selling these in the UK why are they not BRCA approved. They are not on the BRCA list so I can't use them in BRCA competitions, it may also compromise my BRCA insurance while using them at any track. I have bought 4 batteries that I can't use. What do I do with them ??
