Order processing

How they can call live chat "support" is beyond me. Placed 2 orders the same day from Oregon warehouse. One was processed and received in 5 days. The other has sat for 8 days. Chat advised me they would notify warehouse. 2 days later still processing and have confirmed no items on backorder. Cancelling an order just means you get to watch processing status longer. Future orders will definitely be split in smaller $50 increments. Five $50 orders might improve my chances of receiving more of my items in a timely manner. HK additional shipping costs might be my gain.

I'm sitting in the processing chair myself. Seems that HK does not care about their customers. As long as they get your $$ they can take as long as they wish. My item is In stock in Oregon.. But I'm beginning to think its actually not even made yet. Its probably still a bucket of black goo waiting for a mold process somewhere in HK.
