Russel 2 meter electric glider

I purchest this airplane sold as am electric and I'm having a heck of a time fitting a motor battery combo into this plane and enough weight to find the Cg for this plane due to the very long tail moment, There isn't enough room for a motor , controller,battery etc. has anyone out suceded in making this plane into an electric? I sure would appreciate your input.
