Pending Parcel

I have been receiving my package from HK in just about 7 days, though I have a pretty big order from the EU warehouse that is still pending and haven't show up any shipping information. I am surprised by this as I live in EU and all items I ordered is in stock, so how can this be possible?! Never had problems with hobbyking before and hope there is some help I can get regarding this.
