Turnity Thrust stand v3 doesn't work

Hello I'm a customer who bought Turnity Thrust stand v3 on your web site but, there's a problem.
It doesn't work, even though all components were connected properly.
I searched how to use this item on the Internet and youtube but I couldn't find the reason why power light didn't turn on when I'd connected battery to this item.
I used T-Motor's MN4014 motor and Air40 ESC.
I wonder this item isn't compatible with some ESC like Air 40??
If so, could you send me mail??
