Impossible to pass a new order in Global store

Each time i want to finish an order on your Global site and i want to pay, it is impossible and receive the following text :

Unfortunately we can't ship these International (Hong Kong) warehouse items to your address. Perhaps you could try another warehouse for these items by updating from the cart page?

Please, can you have a look ? I'm living in France.
