electric set up in my plane

my planes weight is 17 oz, I am using a Hobby King 10 A UBEC.,motor is D2822/14 1450KV, Receiver is H.K. TR6A V2. Batt. is a TURNIGY 1.6 20-30C 1600.The Battery plug does not fit in to the receiver.is speed control amps.to low? Is battery not right? Please Help!! Order number 102044821
