I lost the term of transportation payment

In Brazil there is a payment tax for orders coming from foreign countries. I lost the term for payment due a lack of information. My order was returned. I’d like to know if is possible to resend it (order number #101974046). I beg you to send me a warn when if the order will be resubmitted, in order to  follow the arrival in Brazil by the local post offices system. Tanks a lot for your attention. Regards.
