Suggestion : allow delivery in Depots with GLS in Europe / France

It seems parcel delivery through GLS delivery company does not allow an important and usefull GLS feature: to be able to redirect a parcel to a depot, after an unsuccessful first delivery attempt (from Europe wharehouse to France)

What it is :

If the first delivery attempt has been unsuccessful, GLS allow the customer to select an alternative delivery options directly via the GLS website, to a "Depot" or "Point relais" (chosen in a list of the available GLS depots).

This is something quite common in France, and usually it's at a lower cost than a delivery to house address when chosen in first option.

BUT :

In my case : I made a call to GLS, and the operator told me that the expeditor (HobbyKing) explicitely asked that GLS is NOT allowed to offer this option to customers after an unsuccessfull first attempt...

Why this situation ?

I suggest HobbyKing allows GLS to offer this "depot" option after an unsuccessfull first attempt... It will be far more easy for all customers.
