battery accesories and charger

Can anyone recommend accessories and a charger for a 48-52V ebike battery. I was thinking of putting these two in series. https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-high-capacity-battery-20000mah-6s-12c-drone-lipo-pack-xt90.html  Do these battery packs have BMS built in?
