Unfortunately we can't ship these... items to your address ?

I've ordered from HK to USA successfully many times before, but now when I try to check out I am told:

"Unfortunately we can't ship these International (Hong Kong) warehouse items to your address. Perhaps you could try another warehouse for these items by updating from the cart page?"

What is going on?
