Package not received and directly return back by GLS carrier to Hobbyking

Hi,

Today, i went to GLS office to take away my package.

This one wasn't there and the guy of  GLS said the package was sent back directly to hobbyking (perhaps because they received damaged).

He gave me a document to prove it.

I tried to do a claim on Hobbyking website but Hobbyking closed it without any explanation.

What i have to do ? Directly a Paypal dispute ?
