How to change from a Lipo Battery to a 12VDC Lithium Ion Battery

I have a Aerostar 150A ESC. 

I want to get rid of the Lipo battery and use a 12VDC Lithium Ion Battery (120Ah), weight is not the issue, duration is.

Can this be done with this part? if so how? 
Or do I need something else
