Where are the other shipping methods?

Hello,
I am unable to validate my cart.
Indeed, at the time of payment, the system only offers me Fedex Priority at € 82.77,
or UPS Express - Saver at € 104.90. Delusional delivery costs in relation to a cart of 22 € !!!
Where are the other delivery methods ???
