Need a replacement motor Aerostar 3748-820kv

One of the 2 motors I received with this order does not work. Just vibrates.I would like a replacement if possible. If you would like me to send the defective one back, please send me a shipping label with an address. I received an email from Rob Caprio suggesting I check and calibrate the speed control but the other motor that came with this order works fine.
