How to solve common problems with HobbyKing products?
Hi everyone,
I recently purchased some RC parts from HobbyKing, but I am having trouble with [describe specific problem such as damage, incompatibility, or how to use]. I have searched the Support section but have not found a suitable solution.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation or has experience with Chill Guy Clicker HobbyKing products, can you share a solution? Also, is there a way to contact support directly for faster support?

The lack of live support, and late reply to emails, is a pain in the ass for buyers.

That's actually an interesting angle I hadn't considered, I've been so focused on hardware that I didn't think about the transmitter's endpoint limits potentially clipping the signal range. I'll definitely play with the travel adjust settings and recalibrate to see if that cleans up the sync issues.Appreciate the suggestion! I've also been tinkering with some 3D printed parts for better ESC airflow, and this guide on minecraft 1.21 apk has been super helpful for dialing in the cooling ducts. Hopefully between the radio tweaks and better airflow, I can keep it in the air longer.
