Discount Code Not Applied – Need Help Resolving the Issue

I recently placed an order for some RC batteries and chargers from HobbyKing, but I'm running into an issue that I’m hoping you all can help with.

When I placed my order, I used a discount code that seemed to work perfectly fine during checkout. However, when I received the order confirmation, the discount wasn’t applied, and I was charged the full amount. I’ve contacted customer service about this, but it’s been a few days and I haven’t heard back yet.

Has anyone had a similar issue with their discounts not being applied correctly? How did you get it resolved, and how long did it take? I’m really hoping to sort this out before the order ships!
