LiPo Battery Drops Voltage Quickly – Need Help Diagnosing Issue

Hi all,

I’m having some trouble with a new LiPo battery I recently bought from HobbyKing – it’s a 4S 2200mAh 35C model. After a full balance charge, the battery seems to drop voltage really fast, even under a light load (just powering up my ESC and servos). I've double-checked with a couple of different chargers, ensured the cells are balanced, and tried it across two different planes – same problem.

The voltage sags almost immediately, and the performance just isn't there. I’ve read through various HobbyKing articles and did a search here on the forums, but didn’t find anything that exactly matches my case.

Could this be a factory defect? Or am I possibly missing something in the battery break-in process? This isn’t my first LiPo, Gamma Emerald, and I’ve never seen one behave this way right out of the box. 

Also, if anyone here has experience dealing with HobbyKing's return or warranty process, I'd love some tips. Their support page isn't super detailed on what to do in this kind of situation.
