I recently placed an order (Order # [nhập số đơn hàng của bạn]) on HobbyKing. The status currently reads “Confirmed & Being Processed”, but it has been stuck like this for several days and there’s no further update.

Here are some details:

• Payment method: [ví dụ: Credit Card / PayPal / Bank Transfer / etc.]

• Order date: [ngày bạn đặt đơn]

• Items in order: [liệt kê sản phẩm chính nếu muốn]

• Shipping address: [quốc gia / vùng bạn đặt hàng]

What I’ve already tried:

• Checked my bank / PayPal to confirm payment was successfully processed

• Checked spam email folder for any notifications or updates

• Sent a support request, but haven’t received a meaningful reply yet

I’m hoping someone here has experienced a similar situation and can advise me:

• Is “Confirmed & Being Processed” a normal waiting period on HobbyKing?

• How long should I wait before requesting cancellation or refund?

• Any tips to speed up the process (e.g. which support channel works best)?
