Order Status Stuck at “Confirmed & Being Processed” – Looking for Advice

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping to get some guidance regarding an order I placed with HobbyKing. My order (Order # [enter your order number]) has been showing the status “Confirmed & Being Processed” for several days now, with no further updates.

Order details:

  • Payment method: [e.g. PayPal / Credit Card / Bank Transfer]

  • Order placed on: [order date]

  • Main items: [optional – key products]

  • Shipping destination: [country / region]

Steps I’ve already taken:

  • Verified that the payment was successfully completed with my bank/PayPal

  • Checked spam and junk folders for any emails from HobbyKing

  • Contacted customer support, but so far I haven’t received a clear response

I’d like to ask other members who may have faced this before:

  • Is it normal for orders to stay in “Confirmed & Being Processed” status for several days?

  • At what point would you recommend requesting a cancellation or refund?

  • Is there a specific support channel (ticket, live chat, regional warehouse contact) that works better for faster resolution?
