RC Car ESC Not Responding – Red LED Keeps Flashing

I recently installed a new brushless ESC in my RC car, but I am having trouble getting the system to work properly. After connecting the battery, motor wires, receiver signal cable, and power switch, the ESC makes a short beep when turned on, but the motor does not respond to the transmitter.

The ESC's red LED continues flashing without stopping, and I cannot get it to enter calibration or programming mode. I have already checked the motor connections and receiver cable several times to make sure everything is plugged in correctly. I also tried a different transmitter, recalibrated the throttle, and tested the battery, but the problem remains.

What makes it confusing is that the ESC appears to receive power normally, yet there is no response from the throttle signal. While troubleshooting, I took a short break and played level devil - not a troll game, which was a funny change of pace from dealing with the stubborn ESC.

Has anyone experienced a similar flashing-red-light issue with a brushless ESC? I would appreciate any advice on checking the receiver signal, throttle calibration, or determining whether the ESC itself could be defective.
