HK Empty Cart returning from Affinity

Trying to use Affinity as payment. When Affinity shows the amount has been approved and returns the browser to Hobby King, the shopping cart shows empty. I've tried 10 times, using my Windows 10 computer and Samsung Note 20 same issue cannot order the stuff I need
