Why is flight control boards and a kk2 board a better option than a multiwi?

KK boards are great for beginners or a simple quad for the ease of programming, the screen allows for adjusting the setting on the fly. While a multiwii or APM can be overwhelming from a programming standpoint for a beginner, but with an understanding of how the setting works, the GPS and autopilot capabilities can be invaluable to fpv and aerial photography.
