Customers have no options to deactivate nor suspend their own accounts from the website. To request deactivation, a customer will have to provide proof of ownership of the account to a Customer Support agent through a Support Ticket or through Live Chat.
This includes:
- Current email address on the account
- Full name
- Billing address
- Most recent shipping address
