Discount Code Terms and Conditions

 

1. The Discount Code <coupon code> Is Upper and Lower case specific with all punctuation marks and must be Entered EXACTLY as issued.

The amount is subject to change at any given time, even on the same promotion.

 Each discount is either email-specific, Holiday specific, or item-specific.

 

2. Customers should be fully aware of the restrictions and disclaimer posted in the Discount Code Email or Ad prior to use

 

3. Strictly no extension of the expiration date from the date of issue. Discounts Codes cannot be shared with other email addresses < even another you may have >  if received that way. Most Discount Codes expire 30 days from issuance unless stated otherwise.

 

4. To apply the coupon code, a minimum subtotal IN USD Dollars < as posted> applies,

this amount is excluding shipping charges, taxes, and other fees.

 

5. We have Product Exclusions: Around 700 SKUs including All items on our "New Items " page, "Flash Deal' page, Bargain Bin & Scratch N Dent page, are excluded from the Discount Code Offer.

Having restricted items in your shopping cart can negate the use of the Discount Coupon code offer for all items".

 

6. If a coupon is not applied to an order for any reason, Hobbyking.com

will NOT Credit or Refund that amount for any reason.

 

7. Only one discount coupon code per order, per user, can be redeemed. Codes cannot be used more than once. Discount codes may not be combined with any other price reduction offer.

 

8. As a condition, any order showing an invalid code prior to order submission - a replacement code MAY BE possible to obtain on a case by case basis, from Hobbyking.com customer service

 

9. The Discount coupon cannot be applied to orders previously placed on Hobbyking.com or Wholesale orders.

 

10. The coupon is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit in part or full.

 

11. Hobbyking.com reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons or orders using Discount codes at any time.  Should any dispute arise, the decision of Hobbyking.com shall be final.

 

12. If the exact Replacement code,  the way it appears when issued,  does not appear to work......
