I just purchased 4 1300 45-90c nano tech first charge and one will only show 3 cells and will not charge. What do I need to do?

Had the same problem. Just make a youtube video of it plugged into a volt meter showing the bad cell and they will get you out another one. Customer service is good about telling you the same thing. They had mine out within two days of the video.

You may return it to HK but you have to pay the shipping which may cost more than your battery... Plus waiting time... Not worth it man.. charge to experience
