After the threads I have read I know all companies have bad experiences however you seem to get more than most? I ask you to provide me with a discount on an almost £200 order and to date received no reply.
At least throw in a battery or servos etc then I will buy so you have here a person who has looked chosen and is ready to order however I never pay the asking price for anything.
It's a principal I have always maintained and will not do so here.
So can you please send me a discount coupon or code as you send e mails all the time and I am quite literally waiting to place my order.
Will you provide me with a discount or not.
I just want a yes or no answer.

This is what you wrote on a complaint site. I don't work for HK and am an electrician. Fact is you are a mooch and want welfare. You are a pathetic excuse of a human being that thinks everyone else should pay YOUR way through life. If the story of your children is actually REAL (I highly doubt that) then you should be a better example of a father (if you really are one), It's not up to your neighbors or the rest of the world to pay your way through life. Will not deal no matter what, I had 2 disabled children and they refused to discount a penny
I have approached this company many times and it's a real shame that they have idiots who make the marketing decisions like "James" for instance who denied my 2 Autistic children their choice of planes last year.
I thought they must have moved with the times and so approached them again and despite a si.ple request for a discount, no matter how small, I said even throwing in a few servos would secure a sale but the answer was an absolute and unmoving NO.
No wonder they get the bad press they do and as a company if I were their operations manager or marketing manager then I can tell you there would be people getting new jobs, it's not about discount for a great many people.
It's just a feeling that the goods they have ordered have been bought at a reduced rate, even a small one but no these people simply do not get the meaning of discount.
Why have a coupon code or voucher code at the payment screen if there are none!???
A company who has co pletely failed to secure what would have been a little under a thousand pounds from me and that is just one order so who knows what they loose because of an unwillingness to offer any discounts.
They send me emails all the time which will now be binned and spammed as this company is rotten to the core.
There are ways to explain why they are not allowed to discount however this James guy is an absolute disgrace and as stated would be on the first bus out of their if I ever got to be hobby king's marketing or business management director....
As a company, a complete fail.
Their systems are antiquated and response times just don't live up to today's market and it's demands.
A few more years and someone who understands industry more will wipe this company from the face of history.
