Missing product in order

25th november 2016, I order:
FlashForge Dreamer 3D printer
33meter Kapton tape roll
2 of 20pieces of 235mm*155mm blue turnigy tape for the printers bed (40 pieces in total)

30th of november 2016 I receive:
FlashForge Dreamer 3D printer
33meter Kapton tape roll

Details:
when ordered I received 2 emails from 2 different ROBOT CHECKERS. The first emailed had the "FlashForge Dreamer 3D printer" and the "33meter Kapton tape roll". The second email contained the "2 of 20pieces of 235mm*155mm blue turnigy tape for the printers bed (40 pieces in total)". I supposed that it was going to arrive in a second package after receiving the 3d printer and kapton tape roll. I waited and after 1 and a half month nothing has arrived. The transport said between 3 and 10 days. I also made the order from the global warehouse.
I am currently running on the last blue sheet included with the printer and need more. MY BLUE TURNIGY SHEETS ARE MISSING!!!!!!
