Drone for farm security

What type of security? For checking Animals and how they are doing or actual people?
Are you present while the drone is flying? Day or Night?
I don't know of any quadcopters here being with programmable flight path here at hobbyking (there could be)
Would you buy a drone that you must fly with controller/Transmitter? If so you would like "user friendly ones" which land,takeoff, tracks objects by themselves? they have gyros and auto level when the control stick are released. These are very easy to fly (really easy).
