Hello,
The temporal shopping cart is ridiculous. I spent a long time adding items, and came back the next day to make a purchase, only to find out that the cart was empty.
Cost you a sale. (and this is the second time it has happened)
I'll probably eventually buy the stuff, but its definitely costing you sales guys. Honestly, half of this stuff is impulse buying, you should be making it as easy as possible for people to give you their money.

Cost another sale. I spent all morning adding items, a few had special offers, I come back a few minutes later and empty cart.
PLACING MY ORDER ELSEWHERE HK. I suggest you fix this so as to not lose more sales.

Very frustration that this issue is not being addressed. $300+ items in my accounts shopping cart last night, ready to pull the trigger and order this AM, and all items are gone from my cart. WTH?!? What are you doing to correct this issue?

It seems you are not doing anything to correct the issue. Almost one year after the original post I become a member and try to make order but this problem with the shopping cart drives me nuts.
