ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED AFTER ALMOST 1.5 MONTHS

Hi, my order ID 2009631494. I payed the articles on 14 of July and I not recieved nothing yet. I call the shipping company and they told me the packet was in Malaysia until 21 of July. I want the packet but I don´t want to wait another month for it, so can anyone tell me a solution?. Thanks and regards.
