The ability to cancel an order is a joke. There is no 'gear' icon on the order or other Icon - like a Trash bin on a normal site - to allow you to cancel.

I have tried three times to used the funds that were confiscated from previous orders to pay for my present order. Three representatives have not been able to convert "My Bonus Points" into any for of usable cash. I really would like my parts or my money but if this has been a scam, it's a good one. Either ship my order now or lose me as a customer and probably anyone else who reads this before you erase it.
