cancel order

Parts on back order tried to cancel whole order and portal will not let me i have purchased these items elsewhere as they were cheaper anyway i posted that too as prompted and no answer to price matching query? i knew there was a good reason why i stopped using the rubbish supplier. order 2009975588 and bonus points not even appeared in account this outfit is a rip off still waiting for order no 2009934918 to show up got ripped off in taxes for quanum nova to the tune of £58 so come Hobbyking play the game????
