I also made the BIG mistake to order here. It took only about 6 weeks to arrive, they didnt declare contenst of the parcel so I had to pay fine at tax office. Furthermore they send me some Item I did not order instead of what i wanted. Because the Item They send me is worth about 3 EURO and Postage to send back will be 8.90 Euro I send Pics and asked if they want it back .... NO response for 2 weeks now ...
Better never order at f..... HK - Your life will be much easier !!!

Sad to say Hobbyking does not care about customer service or loosing customers so much for platinum member status it means nothing to them. I too placed an order on 5/19/2014 and have yet to receive the order or a refund. It seems to me in my correspondence with them that they are trying to frustrate me to the point of forgetting about it. Amazon would not of dealt with this issue in the same manner... HK should take notes and learn how to treat their customers. Its called customer retention ! BUYER BEWARE !!!
I also have delay to ship my order for TWO! Months till payment completed, HK is not answering me thrue the support center. Thats wery rude to me as im the platinum member and made many orders. Worst experience ever!

I too was having HUGE issues with wing wang woo support. Spoke to Rob from HobbyKing at RCGroups and he resolved the issue immediately. Below you can find more info on this.
Well, it seems the closer you get to be a Platinum member the Worse Customer Service you will get. Very Disappointed to the "COPY / PASTE" answers they Give, and all of this is a Shared fault between Hobby King (HK) and the Malaysia Post. You call Malaysian Post they pass the problem to HK, you contact HK and they blame Malaysian Post. This is such a Disrespectful treatment to Customers. I have bought products in middle of June and so far it seems to be lost in Singapore, and I am in South Korea, If I had gone to HK in Hong Kong by Kayak just to buy it I might have gone and already returned to South Korean. It make no sense to me. It is just Frustrating !! HK is almost about to lose one good Customer!

You want to say that my parcel was able to get to the post office on a spot check? And that, now relying sit for 2 months considering the contents of this parcel? Or the contents had been stolen, and the packaging is thrown away. This version seems more plausible. I suggest you guys not to write boilerplate replies, and not to lose face and give me back my money for the order, which I never received.
in the same boat' next time go with swiss post with no lipo's you will get your order in less than 14 days got all mine in 10 days plus order lipo's @HK USA if possible good luck'

My packaged shipped June 25 and I still have no information and nothing from HK. Simply not buying anything else from hk until I atleast get a status uodate

Charles, I wouldn't simply wait for a status update: I'd wait for your package to come, before even thinking about ordering again here. I think this is a common feeling around here.

All trackings like RC_____MY are having troubles with Malaysia Post and Hobbyking doesn't do much...
My order left on may 25th and there's no evidence that it will arrive soon.
First thing we can do: STOP ORDERING at HK until they fix this issue with MY Post
Second: since we are 30 people, if we act together they can't ignore us (as long as they want to lose 30 customers at a time!)

Same delay here. My order was supposed to be sent on may 28 to Spain. Didn't arrive yet. It is my first order from hobbyking... and I suppose it will be my last. Yesterday I asked support for the status of my order. No answer yet. Even I had no traking parcel code... well I had one but a non working one when going to the web pages they sent.
Dissapointed with this, of course. But I least this was a small test order. No hope of receiving my parcel...

like I said before if you order anything with batteries its a long wait or not @ all cuz my pos classify' as danger/goods their was a memo out back in july that no shipment going to be made. if possible order batteries @ you local HK warehouse.plus use a different shipping method like swiss post direct.no lipo's 14 days or less, good luck? 2 u all
Just a simple Gimbal no LiPo, it even says so on the order. but I read else were that Malaysia post sent a whole batch of airmail stuff by sea in the May/June period, which might be the reason.
Its just annoying I placed two orders on the same day, both LiPo/Battery free one turned up in around 20 days the other still no new's
All I seem to get from HK is the same cut-n-past response on how to track your parcel. Someone at HK needs to take responsibility here and at the very least make an announcement what's going on.
I'm facing the same issue . My parcel is coming through Malaysia Post and its been more than a month and a half. The live chat operator said that there were some restrictions with Malaysia Post but now they have removed them . But when i check with the tracker the status is the same as it was. Is there anyone who could resolve this issue?

I have the same delay from two orders from Malaysia post. I ordered about 2 months and it didnt arrived in Brasil yet.
they told me about refund in case the orders were lost. i do not want a refund, i want these same orders sent to me using a fast shipping. If Hobbyking do not solve this problem, i will never order from this site again.
I have the same problem, order number 2009654922, parcel ordered 18/7/2014 and didn't arrive, today are 38 days of waiting and the answer of the support staff is a automatic virtual system. I will never buy in the international warehouse for sure, maybe in uK or EU warehouse
