STILL waiting on package shipped June 24

Check customs my order is still in Vancouver processing center every package sent through Malaysia has enormous delays

My item was ordered 5/22/14 and still nothing... Remember that PayPal has a 45 day period to file a claim so if your item has not arrived by the 40th day file a claim with pay pal anyway... Otherwise you could end up like me and be waiting 3 months for a refund...Your right this is ridiculous.

Next time, they have 45 days and I file a paypal claim. let paypal deal with them, they won't want their paypal pulled.

I have the same issue (order 2009465186), with a delivery showing as sent to UK on 4th July

All I can suggest is that if you paid by credit card contact the card issuer they may issue a refund (dependant on country) as mine did, they will then charge back to the supplier via Paypal (if paid though them) and this will then go back to HK. Obviously should the goods arrive and be accepted then card refund will most likely be revoked.

HK customer service is a disgrace... I have just been told to wait another 2 months whilst they contact Malaysia post and investigate etc etc ... this should not be the customers issue once the aloted delivery time has been exceeded a full refund should be issued by HK.

My hobby goods have now been ordered and recieved from elsehwere.

Same issue here ... I thought mine had taken a long time but it appears it still not taken as long as some people. Very disappointing HK and it is entirely possible that I will not order again. Well, here is quick update. It is August 19th 2014 and I still have not received two different packages that were ordered on May 29 and June 3. I was told that I had to wait two months ( ok, 39 business days ) before HobbyKing would do anything. June 29 came and then I was told that they were going to do a package search and get back with me and that this process might take about two months. Did anyone hear September?
And at some point they would refund my money. So, HobbyKing is losing all of my business over this selfish business model. At some point I still think that I will receive my refund. But, we will see.

I'm still waiting on my items ordered the 5th of May.... The left kualalumpur?!? 30 of july, that is 3?!? Bloody months of packing, and all items was in stock... My last Hobbyking order ever....

Same here for a parcel normally send by airmail early July , I pay around 40$ for the shipping and no news so far. So I guess the airmail is on a ship.

I discussed this issue with someone from Malaysia. They said Malaysia is prominently Muslim and that if you send something through Malaysia to declare it a pork product like bacon bits as they are not allowed to handle pork. I was also told, from this person, that the workers believe the packages are free game when they come through.

still no parcel after 74 days from placing order (no backorder) for me. lack of information is the real shocker here I've made 130 orders with banggood never had a problem with orders or communication.Ive been told to contact HK in about 3 weeks that will be close to 100 days.

hallo elizabeth habe das selbe schicksal, auch am 27.06 bestellt ( 2009528259 ) noch immer nicht im haus. habe jeden 3 tag Urgiert und ausreden über malaysia post sonst nur heisse luft. auch die trakingnr. bringt nichts. wenn eine firma versand und verpackung verrechnet sollte in ca. 3 wochen ( 15 werktage ) beim kunden sein!

I had same problem since May 6, HK shipped to Brazil in june 6 from Malaysia. I've still waiting.

I'm having the same problem, I ordered mine about the same time as you and the tracking information shows that it reached New Jersey July 5th and has been there ever since... I spoke to someone and was told it should be here on the 20th of August, haven't seen anything yet. :^(

Same here my order from June 4 was not shipped until same week as yours. Still not arrived and I'm being told to expect resolution well past 90days.

My suggestion to HK is stop using that crappy shipper. Don't even offer it.

This is to inform Hobbyking that order 2009410004 has arrived.
Package is crushed but items are in excellent condition.

My order, supposedly sent on 6/24/2014, still has not arrived. My tracking number is RC007459666MY. This is the first time I've had an issue with an HK order.

I've got the same problem, item still not delivered after more then 3 months. I've raised a ticket by PayPall, They will only return money within 45 days, but when they receive more complains the will consider actions. So I'll ask to everyone who is still waiting for months on their items to raise a ticket by PayPall (if you used PayPall for payment) even when the order date is longer then 45 days ago.

RA - don't be rude. I didn't say anything bad. Just simply said I can't help but wonder. I didn't say anything negative or abusive just voiced my thoughts. it just so happened that the two went down since the time the items were shipped. I could care less if I lost my items compared to the loss of life, way to jump to conclusions RA.

You are not alone, I have made two orders since but from the USA location. Not only has there been no update to the progress and status, HK is being very reluctant to reply to the issue.
I do not mind waiting, but i would appreciate consideration for customers.
Accurate shipping and tracking data, and helpful responses.
