Wait 39 business days (approximately 55 calendar days (1.8 months))for the packet. If after this time You do not receive the order, write a complain to HobyKing. If the answer is not satisfactory, send a message threatening that you will complain to PayPal. I did so, this way, and in three days I had the money back in my account.

Jose - your information on opening a PayPal dispute is incorrect. Buyers should open the dispute NO LATER THAN 45 DAYS from the date of purchase. Otherwise it is possible that PayPal may decline to help.
Buyers with UK registered PayPal accounts now have 180 days to open disputes.

Hello! I'm waiting too for my package shipped on June 23.... I want to refund my money!!!!

Ordered a battery late evening of 8/27/2014 with immediate payment, HK account transaction the morning of 8/28/14 reflected item had been shipped 8/29/24. Yes 8/29/14 not 8/28/14 and with no tracking number. Tried to get a tracking number thru HK customer service on 3 occasions with nothing but a run around by the reps. HK customer service is pathetic to say the least. Reps are curtious but are well trained in the art of trying to pacify a customer with on online chat.It was questionable as to whether the item had actually been shipped from a US warehouse and the lack of a tracking number. On the third attempt to get results for a tracking number I requested an address and phone number of the US warehouse so that I could call them directly and do the job that the HK customer service should be doing. I was given a bogus address with no phone number. I finally received that info from HK on the chat of 9/4/14 but it was useless information. I was told during the last two chats with HK that they were "working on it" and would inform me of the number via email, never did get an email. On the morning of 9/5/14 HK account transaction record finally contained a lengthy number, which had not been there before, with no indication of what it pertained to. The transaction then indicated that the item was shipped 9/5/14, yes, 9/5/14. out of curiosity I plugged that number into the UPS tracking system and to my amazement there was the movement info. The UPS info indicated that the item was at my destination city and out to be delivered that day, 9/5/2014. So much for HK customer service. HK customer service is PATHETIC. I will NEVER order anything from HK again and I can only say "Buyer Beware". My first time experience with HK was very frustrating and their customer service was a waste of time. As info HK USA Warehouse location is: 9822 47th. Ave. SW, Lakewood, Washington 98499-5976, Ph. No: (253) - 208 - 0073. This info acquired from the return address label on the box that the item was shipped in. HK customer service chat representative had claimed that they did not have a phone number. Hope many see this post before HK deletes it.

I feel for you guys/gals. Do what Daniel is doing shopping elsewhere (USA). I used order several times a month, rarely buy off HK now.
Plenty of other places coming on-line to attract yr business, HK are doing the others a favour by having the worst customer service in the business!

I have same issue. Parts ordered on 12 June. I picked up tracking issue straight away. My advice. Do not buy from hobby King

I see they have sneakily added a clause when you check out that says "you buy at your own risk if you ship to X Y Z countries". That was NOT there when I placed my order 4 months ago..

He comprobado su estado en la oficina de correos de españa y segun se aprecia nunca llegaro a mi pais, por lo que les solicito que realicen un nuevo envio o procedan a la devolucion del pago de estos productos.
Estos envios tambien se han realizado a traves de Malasia, creo que HK. deberia ser mas responsable en estos casos y reponer la mercancia a su cliente, este tipo de problemas acabaran afectando a las compras que se realizan a HK.

My package finally arrived (2.5 months travel) , and in terrible condition, the box was beat up pretty bad and very poorly sealed, that alone would lose my business. By pure luck everything is accounted for and intact. I cannot believe the lack of interest and care from HK international. Thank you for the package, and I will never order international again.

I have the same problem and I have been contacting them for MONTHS to get service. i keep getting jerked around told to wait more and more days even though I have requested a refund for months. This site is a joke.

II have bought several planes with hobbyking and appreciate the service quality. I ordered in the Europe warehouse and UK Warehouse.
Really quik delivery.

Everyone, if there is no option to ship your package via FedEx, I think you should refrain from ordering.

EMS or Parcel post seems to be reliable. Better yet buy from your local hobby store. Save you a headache.

I have ordered 2 batch of items. 1 is via FedEx.. 1 is Via Parcel. FedEx arrives in 2 days. Parcel??? mhmhm after 5 days I cannot yet track my package.
