All trackings like RC_____MY are having troubles with Malaysia Post and Hobbyking doesn't do much...
My order left on may 25th and there's no evidence that it will arrive soon.

First thing we can do: STOP ORDERING at HK until they fix this issue with MY Post
Second: since we are 30 people, if we act together they can't ignore us (as long as they want to lose 30 customers at a time!)

Still waiting stuff from May to arrive in the UK, tracking says its in transit.

I have to say for the amount HK charge for shipping its very poor service last response I had from them was I had to allow 39 working days for shipment. I accepted this at face value what a dummy I must be, as after waiting and still no parcel I cannot raise a dispute with PayPal.

I think HK have my money and are happy to just ignore me

Good Luck I have a order supposedly shipped on May 24 and almost 3 months later still waiting. Oh but they have opened an investigation that can take up to 60 days and then they will give me store credit so I can order the same parts and begin it all over again HA. I say bring back COD and see how fast we get our orders. I'll pay more somewhere else just to get what I need when I need it

The problem is malaysia post.
i'm still waiting 1.5months

I ordered 5/15/14, Shipped 5/19/14 and I haven't received anything, post office said its not going to arrive, gave me a print out of the tracking. I messaged this to HK and their email states to contact my local post office, 2nd case on this. I ordered this before summer and now summer is about done, where is my order???

contacted HK and arbitarily they closed my issue as resolved....
even the warehouse no is bogus :(

My order from 31 of May still hasn't arrived also... and the worst part is that there is no contact from HK. i've opened a ticket with them complaining about this issue and the answer was we will investigate and they closed my ticket...
As an IT guy i don't understand this situation, the ticket must be only closed when the issue is solved. I've already opened 3 tickets about this...

Well after a long delay, supposedly due to a System update, I am told that my order is under investigation, please wait another 2 months.....

so that will be nearly 6 months after the original order.....
