My bad it's before 45 days. but even if it's after you should also open one so paypal will see that there is a problem with HK.

Until today, when I tracked with malaysian post office, and the result is quite shocking!

Note on "Item sent to JAKARTA TANJUNGPRIOK" ..."TANJUNG PRIOK" is not an airport...but it's a sea port..oh my god...
So now HK is sending all their orders via sea delivery to cut cost?
No wonder, that all shipments will take years to arrive !!

Wait 39 business days (approximately 55 calendar days (1.8 months))for the packet. If after this time You do not receive the order, write a complain to HobyKing. If the answer is not satisfactory, send a message threatening that you will complain to PayPal. I did so, this way, and in three days I had the money back in my account.

good morning .. Buy with hk for years and reviewing here in Brazil. I have a total of 443 applications; soon, I am not a customer any. But, it seems, the hk is not too worried about it .. Recently, I left two applications in. 2009668941 and 2009668807, it is now more than 30 days .. The order does not arrive and there is no information, tracking .. Anyway, unfortunately HK no longer deserves my trust and therefore have no interest in maintaining trade relations with srs., given the lack of professionalism and confidence .. It seems we all have the same problems concering orders from End of May and June - more than US$ 250 in my case,- and HK always send me the same tracking tool link but thats all. Also answers from the support centre takes longer and longer. It's really a shame that after years of excellence service - HK seems to have really problems with this shipments and is not willing to pay for it (and also paypal after more than 45 day is worthless.
I'm sad and disappointed meanwhile
