The same thing happens to me. There's a small, rather well hidden "ignore" link on the page. Click it and you can continue placing your order. The larger "proceed" button won't work.

Placing order
When I tried to place an order I hit continue, then it said I have to put in A valid phone number. I put it in two different ways. I can't continue because I keep getting the same message. SO I DID NOT PLACE MY ORDER BECAUSE I CAN'T CONTINUE.
