ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED for 3 MONTHs

The last tracking report as follows.
Current status of your parcel as of 2014-07-13 15:15, Item sent to BUSAN
INTERNATIONAL POST OFFICE.

My order was MAY!!!
I undestand that 1.5 month delay due to IATA random check in Malaysia post.
However, it passed another 1.5 month even after shipping.
I've checked local postoffice/custom office but nothing.
Although I ordered air parcel, it is sent to Busan post office which deals only ferry parcel.

1. Please check my order status.
2. I want to refund ship fee, since it is sent by ferry, not air parcel.
3. any other reward for the very long delay?
