I live in Netherlands, sometimes when I order from HK I have to pay extra fee for tax customs, and sometimes not. Why this happen?
In customs declaration there are several options on declared value (10%, 20%, etc.), which option I should choose?

Apparently if you are a platina member, then you have the choice to choose 10-100%. According to customerservice, the value of 10% is the least amount. Say that your order is 100euros, it will be only 10% on the invoice, in other words only 10 euros, and so forth. You had to wait 6 years for someone to reply you, but i guess you have figured it out by now?
