If I never had to place an order with HK again it would be too soon.... Their CS agents do not read what you are taking the time to write... You want to order 2 items... One is not available in one warehouse and the other is not available in the second warehouse... I only order now one thing from them and that is because I have to.... All my other orders go to Headsup Hobby in Florida....

Hobby King have such good potential but they screw it up with SHOCKING customer service. Purchased an RC plane and controller for my Dad for Christmas last year and it arrived broken...almost a year later and still can't get it sorted even though I've made a warranty claim.
the 24/7 live support is not 24/7. I just hit the 24/7 support link and it take me to a customer service page. I just received a durafly t-28 in the mail. It appeared to be repackaged inside as there was brown packaging tape mixed with the clear packaging tape inside. I bought 2 of these and the other one had clear tape only and you could tell it had not been repackaged.
The box that appears to be repackaged is missing parts. It does not have any of the connectors for the electronics like the other box did. In addition, its missing the prop assembly parts and spinner. Only the propeller blade was shipped.
Now I am trying t get hold of hobbyking and there is no way to contact anyone with my problem. Terrible customer service. I will probably not buy from them again.
They never answer live chat for me 24 hour right.
They lost my last order out of China. They say it shipped July 6th it is now September 7th. There shipper sais that tracking # does NOT exist. Never order from international if you can avoid it.
I think the general consensus is that HK have very poor customer service, that's why Banggood are flourishing! I only buy off HK these days if I have no other choice.

Their costumer support sucks. I'm really getting tired of this. Just try to send them a email? Remember those HK? Your site is unnavigable. I try to submit a request, and it will not let me do it. It says "you must say what kind of question first before you can continue", But it won't give me a box with a choose of questions or even a box to type my question into!! I can't seem to find a link anywhere to send them a Email either!! This is driving me insane. No phone number, and I can't connect to the live chat help either. Two thumbs down. They do have the potential to be so much better. I just wish they would get they're act together.
Jon - are you using the 'LIVE CHAT' link at the top right of every page on the retail site? Great big ORANGE button with LIVE CHAT plastered all over it?
It will open up a new window where you can actually connect with a CS rep - based in the Phillipines. Give it a go.
If you get no joy, pop onto the HK forums and someone there will help.

HAVE A LOOK UP THERE AND ON ANY AND EVERY SINGLE PAGE ON THE HK SHOP SITE YOU WILL SEE AN ORANGE RECTAGULAR BUTTON WITH ROUNDED CORNERS THAT HAS 'LIVE CHAT' WRITTEN ON IT. NOW WE GET TO THE DIFFICULT PART. USE YOUR CURSOR TO HOVER OVER IT. AND THEN CLICK IT!!! SHOCK!! GOOD LORD!!! A WINDOW APPEARS WHERE YOU CAN SELECT CERTAIN OPTIONS TO GET TO CHAT WITH A CS OPERATOR.
And the caps are intended - for feck sakes LOOK at the pages!!!!
