To set the record straight, they have a live chat. But there is also confusion. You see on their home page, the green "24 Hour Support Centre - Live Support Online" button? Yeah that's bullshit...that leads to this "un-attended" support desk/forum.
If you click the orange "Live Chat" box at the top right of the screen, that'll get you through to live chat. Hope this helps anyone else who has found this confusing and misleading. Which it is by the way...don't call the green one "LIVE Support ONLINE" if it's not live. Simple. :)
But I think the thing which speaks louder than anything, is that I have been receiving emails regarding this post (cause I posted and it's been notifying me of every message that gets posted). And I'm hearing so many other peoples bad experiences...and not once have I seen someone from HK come on here and try and solve any problems.
The absence of support of their own support forum is uber BAD to me. That speaks volumes. Case closed.

On another note, I found it quite interesting how some people (namely You) avoid tackling certain aspects of an argument. What am I referring to? Well the fact that all this is going on in their own support forums and they are not doing anything about it. Now THAT is lazy.
But you know what, I saw on HK that they are looking for staff. You RA would be perfect! Your conduct so far has been very similar to the level of support expected from the HK community (which so far is governing itself).
Man (...just to continue the "hippy" theme), I want HK to lift their game as I'm sure many others here do as well. They have a killer product range and great distribution potential. Just their customer service is not where it needs to be. If you disagree, that's fine. You're entitled to have lower expectations than others, it's your life. Enjoy it in your own special way.

Not quite a need for such incontinence supplies - my urinary tract is in excellent working order, so not needed yet for a good few years. My concern is that at your apparent age, you even know about such supplies - or do you in fact still bed-wet? How unfortunate you find the need to get personal to attempt to get your point across. Read where I have said if one is lucky to engage a CS rep in a chat, it would most likely be as waste of time as they are untrained. Likewise, the orange button is for Live Chat. As for the other argument you bring into the current one, that of there being no CS on the HK forums- I agree 100% with you. They have one sat on RC Groups basking in the glory there, but on their own forum - nothing. Even the CS Alpha thru Delta that were there a year or more back are long gone. And I agree with you that CS on chat are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard. And that has been my opinion of HK CS for years. Useless.
