Go tell the Crown Prosecution Service that - from their website "From 1 October 2007, section 36 Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 created an offence to manufacture, bring into or cause to be brought into Great Britain, or sell realistic imitation firearms. It also made it an offence to modify an imitation firearm to make it realistic.

all i am asking if hobby king has a uk warehouse in the uk why dont they supply airsoft goods there are a company not a private individual they can import and sell

The greater proportion of Airsoft stock in HK is illegal here. They aren't going to import some of that and have all the hassle of explaining to HMRC that what they are bringing in falls under the legal definition. They choose NOT to import any Airsoft products and that's their choice. It's simple economics. If you want to order Airsoft products, you have to get them from Hong Kong and then you have the job of getting them cleared as imports

as i stated i work for a importer and wholesaler in the uk 99.999% of airsoft guns are made wait for it --china hong kong taiwan they can import to the country and sell via there all they would need is access to the ukara data base

You really don't get it do you? They are not going to import spare parts for something that's illegal to be imported or sold

dude if it can not be sold how the hell is it that i import and sell airsoft guns from hk all the time ie guns parts etc
