I have not received my order purchased at 07.07.2014!

I made a purchase on July 7, 2014, with order number 2009582014. Today is September 4th day already and not yet arrived in Brazil. I want to know what happened to teh my order!

Hello Elsa Zhang,

My order has not arrived in Brazil. I contacted the Brazilian postal company and they confirmed that the order has not arrived in Brazil.
I would like to request an investigation by the Hobby King to know where is my order. I'm already waiting for 2 months.
