My buying Servo TGY-306G-HV High Voltage

Hi,
I did buy this servo, what is not sending correktely.
- Only 3 screws in case
- only 3 servo horns with 1 arm. (I can use servo horn with 4 erms only)
I did send photos of the problems.
I did send many mails to support center. I did send any questions.
But HK did not help and did not send answer to my questions.

I did get
- any tickets
- any updates of my tickets
- any mails to rate the support
