The tracking is only to provide the seller (HK) with a record of delivery - not a blow by blow account of the parcels journey for the customer.

My order #20010193939 is marked shipped. When I click on the #
I am trying to track my order #20010193939. When I click on box containing the #RC861205279HK the post office says thet can't find it. They are looking for a 21 digit number. Can you help?
