My order 20010268665 shipped about 18 days ago by SCS express under AWB number 280066476 has not yet been delivered. In the meantime I have already paid an extra 35€ for customs clearance (October 31st) after an e-mail from a lady (Karen Chan) of SCS EXPRESS. As I still have no news or a tracking number of the order, I posted an e-mail October 6th to this lady with no answer from them.
