same here, no live chat, no registration emails because hobbyking mailserver has no correct outgoing ip address, had to deconfig my mailserver to accept those odd mails to login to chat and then there is no chat ... wtf? i feel like an idiot now!

and from Netherlands: N5000.6S.25 Artikelnr. 32640

and paid via Paypal. My Paypal Account says Paymant is done.
I have got neither an order confirmation nor at least the item from Netherlands.

I also would like to know where the live chat is! I have a bad ESC in a new EFX Racer and just need the ESC replaced. I don't want to return the whole thing. I have it put together and adjusted and ready for flight. The last step is to put the battery in it and it won't power the receiver. I've tried two different receivers.
