I have been most patient with your live chat system, getting bumped back in line so many time I went bonkers, I even got to "you are number 1. in queue" and the it went to 11 > ?????

that was final straw, so after 30minutes of waiting I was left with nothing. I love your website and I am sure once my first order arrives I will like the product, but please could you follow up with the live chat issues.

et j'ai un moteur qui ne fonctionne pas, il broute mais ne tourne pas.
de plus, j'ai du payer 28€ de frais supplémentaire de douane.
il y a il une procédure (qui ne me coûte pas encore des frais de port/douane) pour obtenir remplacement ou réparation du moteurs défaillant .

My order was placed on 6th March, I paid there and then. The money has been sent to you by PayPal.
It went through the first three stages (Paid, In Print Queue, Printed) in a day and is allegedly being packed. How long does it take to pack a motor? It is now 16th March.
The lack of Live Chat to find out what's going on just makes it an even worse experience by the minute...
I am about to resort to visiting the UK warehouse personally and complain.
